SPARK Clinics

SPARK Clinics are intensive conditioning programs for youth athletes. Our clinics feature speed and agility training to build athletes’ mental and physical resilience. Our unique programming combines the best athletic performance practices with safe and supportive coaching techniques rooted in education.

We teach our young athletes (ages 9-17, split into two age groups) to understand how their bodies and minds work in athletic situations to empower them to make good decisions on and off the field.

We develop smart, well-rounded athletes with highly competitive mindsets.

Expert Programming

Our Approach

Our innovative programming offers 60 minute sessions that combine techniques focused on

  • Bodily Mechanics

  • Mobility, Speed, Agility, and Endurance

  • Proper Muscle Activation

  • Stress Proofing Drills (ie., Controlled Stressful Environment Simulations)

  • Reaction Drills

  • Guided Recovery 

  • Constructive Performance Feedback

  • Team Building Exercises

  • End of Session Performance Debriefs & Reflections

  • Guided goal setting with coaches for each athlete

We also work with a mix of old-school tools and cutting edge technology to help our athletes refine their performances, such as free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, cones & flags, agility ladders, weighted balls, exercise bands, resistance parachutes, BlazePod, etc. We partner with Wheaton United to train for soccer, but all athletes from any sport can benefit from our programming.

We offer classes Monday- Thursday, with 9-12 years old classes @ 9AM & limited 4PM classes, and 12-17 years old classes @ 10:15 AM & limited 5:15PM classes.

Participate as many days a week as you’d like! We offer flexibility with our session passes to fit your busy summer schedules.
